Original Cyanotype Print

Created using fresh Fennel, the exposure didn't quite come out perfect or crisp as Danielle wanted

Print 40x52cm on 200gsm pale greenhandmade cotton rag paper

Cyanotype is one of the simplest forms of Photography where chemically treated paper becomes light sensitive, turning a deep Cyan Blue colour when exposed. Danielle has been creating Cyanotypes for last couple of years experimenting with the process, composition, and also the brush marks and shapes that are created when coating the paper that's going to be exposed.
